Lost Sight, Found Strength

The path is so dark and dim, but Julie keeps walking. She is scared, yet her adrenaline makes her look back several times, urging her to walk faster with each step. She wonders why she can't move faster and then realizes it's just her thoughts getting wilder the longer she's on the road. She shouldn't have chosen this path—terrified and confused. She's already halfway through. It sucks. The only way is to adapt, over time. She has one more block, two more, and again she convinces herself it's just one more step to her destination. She's no longer afraid when she starts looking at the sky instead of the road. The evening feels scarier when it's right in front of our eyes, but when it's above, the stars are beautiful. The cold air on her skin feels warmer as her mind grows calmer. Gently, she realizes that she's no longer worried. In fact, she's arrived, in no time. -- I think loneliness comes from the mind. It's not about being surrounded
Do you know why it's hard to say goodbye? Because we afraid if our memories might not be able to remember them, rightly. The fact is, goodbye means good. No matter how hard.

Bitter Food

Indonesia has a great spices and that makes me believe Indonesia has the most great food in the world. You can get everything like meat from bird, beast, or fish, and vegetables, then fruit except for some fruits, but when the seed being in our soil, it's still growing and fruitful, I believe. But, spices! Like it's just a soup with same ingredients but with different spices, it changes the taste. And even the traditional cakes, so many! So variants! I can not eat the main course but just deserts and feels alright.

But, I have this diet strict for about three months and it's so weird to call it as diet, but the moment I found myself after that, my tongue now really know exactly what's bitter taste.

First, I will always drink:
1. Water
2. Warm Tea
3. Hot Milk
4. Warm Tea Milk
5. Soy Milk
6. Black Soy Milk
7. Scotch

Second, I will always eat
1. Oatmeals
2. Porridge
3. Grain Bread
4. Coconut Biscuits
5. Peppermint Candy
6. Vegetables Salad
7. Green Bean - Black Glutinous Rice porridge with Coconut Milk

Your guilty pleasure:
FRUITS AND JUICE!

So, seriously all of those diet food are just so western and I guess, all western people really have bitter tongue. I feel bad and realize why they love junk food so much. I mean, in Indonesia, our main course, normally stew and meats, and even rice, but we feel those things not junk food and it's not junk food. We're healthy as we are.
